Genoa

Shifting to Italy’s northwestern coast, we visited Genoa, perched between the Ligurian Sea and the Apennine Mountains. This coastal city stretches along a narrow strip of land, giving it an elongated shape that hugs the Mediterranean shore. We, the VayCay Couple, loved witnessing how the mountains rise right behind the city, creating a unique interplay of sea and hills.
